Designed for Young Adults grades 5 to 8. Doug Marshall leads us in communicating more effectively.

Bible Survey Class

Designed for everyone. Jane Eilert leads us through the Bible at 9:00 AM. She gives us insight to the stories, history, how the Old Testament connects to the New Testament, and how that connects to us!

John Eldredge's Wild at Heart

This 9:00 AM Sunday morning class covers the book "Wild at Heart" written by award winning author John Eldredge. In "Wild at Heart," John Eldredge invites men to recover their masculine heart, defined in the image of a passionate God.

Kingdom Kids

Sunday school classes for children ages birth through 5th grade are available Sunday at 9:00 AM, and again during worship service at 10:00 AM.

The Joy of Painting

Local artist Judy Stubb (wetpaints.net) leads a class on the first Monday of the month. Classes start around 5:15 and all you need to do is show up. The cost for this class is $20, and that includes canvas, paint, brushes, and instruction! What a deal this is! Each class is one painting from blank canvas to a complete masterpiece that you take home with you at the end of the class.

Lions Pride

Youth ages Kindergarten through 4th grade meet on Wednesday nights from 6:15 to 7:45 PM. They eat dinner, sing songs of praise, watch/participate in a skit, have lessons appropriate to their age level, participate in organized game time, and at the end of the night come back together for songs and recognition for a job well done.

Ladies Bible Study

Ladies gather together to study the Bible, sing songs of praise, and get to know each other. They meet Wednesdays at 9:15 AM.

Men's Coffee Shop

Men gather together on Saturday mornings at 7:30 for coffee, prayer, and fellowship (a time for the men to get to know each other).

Elderberries

Once a month we go out to lunch as a group. There is no age limit for this, and every month we try a different restaurant. This luncheon is usually the 4th Sunday of the month.

Community Garden

This past spring Valley opened a Community Garden to help us create greater community with our neighbors. Please stop by the garden and spend some time with our gardeners. Applications for the 2010 Season will be opening on November 15th 2009.
